Dear PSConfEU readers,
We are thrilled to announce that, for the third year in a row, we are continuing our tradition of offering a special discount exclusively for women and non-binary folks. For 2024, we’re stepping up our efforts to inclusivity and empowerment by increasing the discount to an incredible 25%, up from the 20% offered in the previous edition. We’re extremely excited about this development and would like to share with you the reasoning behind it.
The decision to offer this unique discount stems from our deep-rooted commitment to fostering a more inclusive and compassionate environment during PowerShell Conference Europe. In line with our Code of Conduct, we believe in celebrating the diverse perspectives, talents, and experiences that women and non-binary bring to our community. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels not only welcome but also valued for their contributions.
By offering this 25% discount for women and non-binary, we aim to make our PowerShell event even more accessible and appealing to a broader range of participants. We believe that women and non-binary folks deserve to have a strong presence and voice in all aspects of society, and PSConfEU is no exception. This discount is our way of showing our appreciation for the invaluable contributions of women and non-binary folks in the PowerShell community, and opening the door a bit wider to those about to join us.
It’s important to note that this initiative is not about exclusion or favouritism. Instead, it’s about acknowledging the unique challenges and opportunities that women and non-binary folks encounter, and it’s our way of contributing to gender equity and diversity. We want to empower them to take center stage and shine in a supportive and inclusive environment.
